TYPE 4

  • Eight units with 115 m2 of interior space. Each block contains two apartments on both floors. Two bedrooms, the main bedroom with en suite. Two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room with an open fireplace. A maid’s quarters with en suite bathroom, 25 m2 of terrasses, separate kitchen and laundry area with terrace.
  • Two units have a barbeque in one of the terraces. All of the bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes with led lighting. The hallway and entrance also have cupboard space.
  • The apartments provide ample storage. The bedrooms and living/dining room are finished in wood flooring of the highest quality.
  • The floors of the bathrooms, kitchen and maid’s quarters are finished in tile. Each unit has under-floor heating. Heating and hot water are serviced from a dual-system, electric boiler.
  • The living/dining room is equipped with an air conditioning unit. The fittings are prepared for the main bedroom if required.
  • The main facade of the two units face North. The remaining two facades face East and West repectively.
  • The project meets the new legal requirements in regards to spaces, doors and walking areas. The bathrooms would need some adjustments to be accommodate someone using a wheelchair.
  • Smoke and flame detectors throughout the building including elevators and within apartments.
  • Emergency generator to supply electricity to common areas and apartments.
  • Wide, high quality, hard wood covered balconies.
  • Intercom, also monitored by doorman.
  • Direct internal dialing allowing communication between apartments, doorman and administration.
  • Bathrooms with high quality faucets, porcelain toilets and bidets. Polished porcelain vanity tops.
  • Top quality porcelain tile kitchen floors. Kitchen equipped with stainless steel range hood, electric oven and smooth-surface radiant electric cooktop. Todeschini cabinets and granite countertops.
  • Pre-finished thick hardwood floor.
  • Alarm system in common areas connected to doorman 24hrs and with the option to link direct communication to third party security company
  • Living room with AC system. Provision for main bedroom if required.
  • Double glazed windows and sliding doors with aluminum finish.
  • Electric, retractable window shutters.
  • Room cabinets lit by automatic led lights.
